  1. I'm working a double shift today and tomorrow, but brought all the food I think I'll need to be 100% paleo.
    Shift isn't done yet, obviously, but so far April 1st- 7 points, and for the 2nd sitting at 7- points, but things could change though.
    On a very related note, so far since being back on 100% paleo my insulin use has dropped already significantly- 40% so far and that's with berries and fruit. Attention diabetics- paleo works.
