    5rds, 3 min rest between rounds
    200m run (treadmill)
    12 Hanging Squat Cleans (138#)
    15 Push press (40# dumbbells)

    It was bad. Everything was supposed to be unbroken but that didn't happen. Here are my times per round:
    1) 3:06
    2) 3:02
    WALL HIT
    3) 3:46
    4) 3:42
    5) 3:57

    20min AMRAP
    5 DB Swings (55#)
    10 Ring Dips (Turn hands out at top. Reference mobility site)
    15 BJ (24in, closer to 26-28" I think)

    10 rounds & 5 DB swings.
