Every 3 min as long as possible complete:
0:00-3:00
2 Rounds of:
10 OHS (95/65)
10 C2B Pull Up
3:00-6:00
2 Rounds of:
12 OHS (95/65)
12 C2B Pull Up
6:00-9:00
2 Rounds of:
14 OHS (95/65)
14 C2B Pull Up
etc. follow the same pattern until you are unable to complete both rounds.

4 x 1 Pause Clean
4 x 1 Jerk with 3 sec hold in split
3 x 5 Push Press
