  2. So that's called Farmer Ken. Check, got it done. Added two rounds of Air Squats and Burpees. Reporting in from the armpit of America. Cherry Point, NC. I had 4 Marines to help out with that. Yut....

  3. I did Cindy today. Wow! I am out of shape. Not my best, but since I haven't done pull ups in over a month, I'll take it! 14 rounds + 5 pull ups and 6 push ups. My arms are tired!
