  1. Did this one with Rob at 6pm. Stayed light on the back squats (225#). Didnt want to be worn out for the Open WODs. First time doing power elizabeth. Felt okay 4:45. Little slower on the cleans than I thought I would be. Rob did a fine job, finished right around 9:?? @ 135#. Good stuff. Bring on the CF Open workouts!
