  1. In all seriousness, when I actually join a gym in Chicago and get in some type of shape I want to try this one. I think I could not completely suck at it. I mean I don't think I'd really give anyone who is remotely good at Crossfit a run for they're money but I might be able to beat someone who just got out of the elements classes.

  4. I now have a greater appreciation for Crossfit after this one. Many thanks to Ken and Chris for the overtime on the skill work. Them darn front squats.
