    I thought I'd be able to get within 2 min of Lofland. I didn't.

    PS It took me longer to wait for an open rack*, string up my rings and set up my CD player (yes, I bring my own music to the gym) than to complete the WOD.

    *I would like to say thank you to the dude with a huge upper body walking on toothpicks of legs who needed an entire rack to do barbell curls and to the other dude doing a combination of god knows what on the other rack, who both were still in the gym when I left.

  2. Obviously the guy needed the rack because he was moving so much weight he needed to be able to bail the curl bar and the other guy is so elite that you can't even fathom what he is doing because it is so far beyond your fitness knowledge and level.
