I did yesterday's WOD today with a modification.I did 25 Double Unders instead of Bear Crawls due to lack of space in the gym. Not sure if this slowed me down or not, I'm pretty good a bear crawls. Lofland and Candice can vouch for me. 11:53 (273#) - Hooker
