  2. Today was a (rushed) strength day because:
    A) I am not doing that chipper alone (7/19)
    B) I do not have a sledgehammer or rower (7/20)

  3. Did yesterdays WOD after some weighted push ups. 160# on the push up, 21:48 on the WOD....the heat sure did suck during that last 800.
