My advice: wear pants or tall socks!
Back Squat - 365 (15lb PR)One rope climb - haven't done that sine high school
So, I'm at work today, but I'm at a station that has crossfit gear. I just did the 1RM of back squat though, I didn't want to risk falling while at work. 1 RM on Back Squat- 286# , a new PR by 26 lbs.
