Have you been working on your skills? Double unders, handstands, mobility, flexibility...etc. These are things that you need to put a little extra time into developing.   1. I did a heavy strength day today because the last two days my calves have been so tight. I want to do the snatch/BJ WOD soon.

    345x2
    365x1

    Press:
    95x3
    115x3
    135x2
    155x2

    I rolled out my calves between each set.
