  3. Yesterday I did an incredibly long Amanda. Muscle ups are no problem. 134# Squat snatches were the challenge. 22:23 Rx'd.

    Today I did a variation on Coe.
    10 Rds:
    10 94# thrusters
    10 Hand release push ups
    I didn't bring my rings or my phone to the gym because I walk there and it was intermittently pouring down rain. So not Rx'd and not timed.
