  2. Today I did 1RM OHS:
    155x1
    175x1
    199x1
    214x1 F
    214x1
    220x1 F lost balance getting it up.
    220x1 F got it up but didn't stay tight and had to drop it
    220x1 F got it up, squatted it but couldn't stand back up. I'll get this VERY soon.
    So I can OHS 220 but not clean 209? That cannot be right.

    Did today's AMRAP afterwards
    Rx'd (ran .13mi on treadmill)
    6rds + 5 HSPU & 10 T2B on 7th round.
