165 to 205 on the front squats and 155 on the workout then upped to 165 halfway through.
To day I did a 1RM OHS and got 193# In between sets I did some ab work. Finished with 100 DU for time which took me way to long, 3:50 or so not sure the exact time had to use a wall clock not a stop watch. - Hooker
