Front Squat

On the min., every min., for 10 min.
Do 2 Power Clean and 1 Jerk @ 65%-75% of 1RM

  1. 165 to 205 on the front squats and 155 on the workout then upped to 165 halfway through.

  2. To day I did a 1RM OHS and got 193# In between sets I did some ab work.

    Finished with 100 DU for time which took me way to long, 3:50 or so not sure the exact time had to use a wall clock not a stop watch.
