  2. Well after 2 days off came back an did Grace at 8am today. Sorely disappointed with my time (6:08) it was almost 1:30 slower than the video time.

    After work went back to a gym and did
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    133# FS
    55# KB swings
    Didn't have my phone or stopwatch to time the second WOD which is probably good because it went quickly from "for time" to "just try and finish".

    I don't have a lower back anymore.
