Worked out with Ken and Candice before the lifts. Did 7 Rounds of 35 Double Unders and 1 Snatch (155/160/165/170/175/180/185) 11:28....Then PR'd Thruster @ 215# and PR'd Pull up @ 105#....good day!

Well my numbers aren't as impressive as Lofland's...Did sets of 2 rep heavy thrusters then switched to 1 rep. 199 F187 x 1192 F (should've got this one) THEN3 Rds max pull ups with 45sec-ish rest in between each round. (Need to have the pull up station bolted to the damn floor)- Hooker
