  1. Yesterday: Rest day. Took about 24 hours.

    I will do yesterday's WOD today when I am actually able to workout. Went to a ballin' ass concert last night and moving slowly today...

  2. I don't know what the hell was the matter with me today. I went to the gym and had NO energy to do anything. I did do 3 rds of yesterday's WOD in 13:09, the weight was Rx'd but 20 Double Unders were subbed for the 200m run. That was about all I had in me. Pathetic.
