Work up to a heavy single
Deadlift

3 Rounds of:
10 Deadlift (275#/185#)
20 GHD Sit ups

  3. Thought I'd take Sir Hooker's advice.

    Worked up to a 315# deadlift.
    245#DL and alternated 10 touching floor/10 parallel GHD situps.
