  1. 205# and 9:46 (blue band for pullups). Last time we did this one I did it in 12:37 (green band for pullups)

    Worked up to 145# on the hang squat clean.

  3. THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG POST:

    This weekend I did the following:

    Friday: 1RM OHS 193#

    Saturday: On the minute for 15 minutes: 1 Power Clean 1 Squat Clean and Jerk. 133#

    Sunday: I drank and ate French food at Mon Ami Gabi for time: 1 Chicken liver Pate, Steak Bearnaise and Frites and Bananas Fosters Crepe. Took 2 hours.

    Monday (today): 191# Hang Power Clean, hook grip helped a lot. Metcon completed in 8:05 Don't have a rower so Ran 400m at beginning and end on treadmill.
