"10,000 lbs"
Lift 10,000 lbs (men) / 7,000 (women) as fast as possible using only one rep of the following:
1 Squat
1 Press
1 Deadlift
1 Press
1 Deadlift
You can use any weight on the lifts and it can be done in any amount of rounds. You can only do one rep at a time and must cycle through all three lifts to complete one round.
Post load, rounds, and time.
I did the 3PwrCln + 1 rd Lofland's-mom WOD this morning. It was a really good workout. I mean, my timed sucked but it was a good workout.

Strict Press Hooks. It's done like the CF Total.

ReplyDelete225/135/265 in 10:50. Luckily Ken 'suggested' different weights than I intended on using and everything flowed pretty well.
