  1. Today I did Squat Snatch work, mainly working on form. Worked up to 153#. Everything felt pretty solid.

    I did a lot of OHS and Burpees yesterday so I'm going to take a pass on today's WOD.

  3. First time at the box and it looks pretty good. Very nice set up and very nice people. Today's WOD 11:26. Push ups killed me with the fatigue. Was nice to get in a WOD at a box, it was the first time in about 3 months.
